Charging of AGM Yuasa/Motocross Batteries:
This battery, made by Yuasa/Motocross, is an AGM battery. This is short for Absorbed Glass Mat. They are designed differently than a normal conventional battery. Therefore they require a special charger that is capable of charging this type of battery. This is a battery that is typically used seasonally. It is essential to keep your battery charged during the off-season or when it is unused for a length of time. A battery that is kept charged at 100% all the time is a happy battery. This will insure that you get the longest overall life out of your Yuasa/Motocross Battery. The best way to accomplish this is with a Battery Tender or maintainer.

Battery for generator
This battery was the perfect replacement for the original one in our Honda generator. It fit perfectly, including the terminal connections and started up with a full charge. Excellent battery and it shipped very quickly just days before Christmas. Highly recommend.

YTZ14S Motocross (Yuasa)
Battery Warehouse had best price including fast, free trackable USPS Shipping. Replace the 5yr old Yuasa YTZ14S in my Honda NT700V perfectly. To the best I could research the (Yuasa) Motocross Brand is every bit the O.E.M Yuasa without all the marketing fanfare. Battery took an hour(ish) at 1.5 amp to top it off and I was ready to go ! Old Yuasa YTZ14S was 5 years old and now my NT700 spins over and starts much, much faster. Thanks BWH.

Battery was priced less than I could purchase it locally. Delivery was fast with free shipping. I gave it 4 stars not knowing how long it will last. As long as it last as long as the Yuasa, it should be just fine. I read on line that the MotoCross battery comes off the same assembly line as Yuasa. Will follow up when I get back from Alaska on the 2014 Super Tenere ES.

This is a replacement battery for my Honda generator, and is the same model as the original battery which lasted about 6 years (and wasn't charged on a regular basis). Made in Japan. Best price I could find on-line, and fast priority mail shipping.
