Step 1: Ship us your old batteries in a well padded box. Since these batteries are lithium, they can only be shipped by ground. Do not ship by air.

Step 2: We will inspect the packs and verify that they are in good rebuilding condition. Since the case and terminals are being reused, they need to be in good condition.
Step 3: We will contact you with a final price, including shipping back. If approved, we will ask for payment and process the order.
Step 4: We will rebuild your battery. Lead time to do this is typically 1 week. Once rebuilt, we will ship back to you and send tracking.
